Why every piece is made after you order

We do not hold finished stock. Each literal crown, scarf and pendant is made once an order is placed, by the maker who owns that product family. It means production takes days rather than being instant, and it means a mixed cart can arrive as more than one parcel — but it also means nothing is manufactured on the chance that someone might buy it.
